The Switch provides a lifestyle-led & community-driven experience for our residents, where our core objective is to make a positive long-term impact on those that stay with us. Beyond that, we aim to have the same impact on our planet through our strong sustainability programs and projects. The Switch’s role is to enable you to dream, imagine more, and reshape the world as we know it.

Switch to reduce carbon footprint

• We have a carbon neutrality target of 2025. 

• All of our buildings are certified 5-star Green star for sustainability through design and construction. 

• Residents have free use of our Bamboo bike-share through a partnership with Wyld Bikes.

• We provide refill stations for eco-friendly toiletries and cleaning products to encourage our residents to reduce their use of single use plastic. 

• Paperless operation - adapting technology to reduce our need for paper products.

Switch on technology for convenience & peace of mind

1. Residents access all locks throughout the building including lifts and their booked room via their mobile device. We are also able to remotely issue their digital key prior to check-in which means we can facilitate 24-hour check ins!

2. Paperless and intuitive booking journey which enables our residents to sign their agreement, set up payment preferences and complete our pre-arrival onboarding process from anywhere in the world!

3. Residents have complimentary access to our fitness App powered by Technogym enables our residents to train where they want, when they want and with whom they want, with access to a number of exercise classes and programs from HIIT classes to yoga and meditation.

4. Complimentary access to the Sonder is a Safety and Wellbeing App providing 24-hour support to residents through a human-centric methodology which triages all aspects of a person’s wellbeing. Sonder provides everything from physical in person emergency support to early mental health intervention and advice to area-based safety alerts.

5. Ground floor lockers notify our residents when they have packages and deliveries directly to their device and enables our residents to securely receive their packages at a time that is convenient for them.

SOCIETY FITNESS @ THE SWITCH

• The switch internal gym offering with a staff member on hand for residents to engage with. 

• A variety of daily classes offered to our residents at no charge. 

• Personal Training sessions can also be organized through the onsite trainer. 

BRING THE OUTSIDE WORLD IN

• We look to integrate Food & Beverage into our ground floor spaces to invite the local community into our building. 

• We partner with local entrepreneurs to create pop up stores within our space – Hair Stylists / Fashion Retail / Organic Skin care products / F&B.
