Bachelor of Sport, Exercise and Health

Turn your passion for sport into a rewarding career and create positive change with the Bachelor of Sport, Exercise and Health. You’ll explore the role sport, exercise and healthy living play in addressing global challenges, and will be able to create sustainable solutions to improve the wellbeing of people and communities. Our courses honour mātauranga Māori and Te Tiriti O Waitangi, and will help you develop a sound understanding of sport, movement, leadership, physical education, health and exercise science. With access to world-class sport facilities, high achieving academic staff and valuable workplace experience with one of our industry partners, you’ll be ready to start your career running. Because this is a highly flexible degree, you can even complement sport with other subjects you’re passionate about, from event management to journalism.
