Bachelor of Property

As the world’s population grows, so too must our cities, suburban areas, towns – and consequently – our demand for residential, commercial, and community property. The property sector is now Australia’s largest industry and employer, exposed to significant upswings and cycles. In this dynamic and unpredictable environment, companies are looking for employees with up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of current legislation, new technologies and future trends in the real estate and development sector. Bond’s Bachelor of Property covers the full lifecycle of construction, finance, and valuation – from feasibility analysis, planning processes and land economy through to real estate property rights, property trusts and taxation, and spatial information systems – all underpinned by the core principles of environmental, economic, and social sustainability. Studying at Bond, you will be immersed in the ‘living laboratory’ of Australia’s fastest growing region and an infrastructure development hotspot, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with real clients on commercial, residential, public sector and community projects.
