Courses are taught by some of today’s most distinguished music educators. You can specialize in composition or performance. Each has a concentrated focus in contemporary music (mid-20th century and beyond). Delve into a dynamic learning environment that fosters musical innovation and discovery through studies in culture, digital media and cognition.

Applicants must have graduated with a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university or complete the degree prior to enrollment. Students are advised to apply at least six months in advance for admission. International students should allow more time for the application process.
