Literary Editing and Publishing Certificate

The Certificate in Literary Editing and Publishing is designed to provide foundational knowledge and experience in the professional practices of literary editing and publishing. Students in the program work on the publication of the Watershed Review, participate in the production of chapbooks, hone their creative writing skills across a variety of genres, and complete an internship.

International students applying for freshman admission must have graduated from a college-preparatory high school program and must not have completed or attempted any college or university coursework after high school graduation. Applicants are required to have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (B) on the U.S. 4.0 grading scale. SAT or ACT scores are not required for admission, although submitting higher-level test scores may help students qualify for higher-level English and/or mathematics courses
