The post-baccalaureate program in Nutritional Science and Dietetics (NSCD) allows students with a bachelor’s degree to receive the Verification Statement (VS) for the Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) by completing the courses in the program. The program requirements can be completed in 2 or 3 years, depending on whether the student completed the required biology and chemistry courses. Students must have the DPD Director evaluate their transcript before determining which courses must be completed at CSUSB. To have the transcripts evaluated, please contact the DPD Director, Dr. Dorothy Chen-Maynard, at dchencsusb.edu. If the degree is completed outside the United States, the transcript must be evaluated by an ACEND-recommended agency for a detailed course-by-course evaluation.
