The Cranfield Executive MBA is aimed at senior leaders with mid- to senior-level experience, looking to develop the skillsets required to lead a department or business.

Applicants will usually need:

- At least five years' post-qualification work experience.

- A UK first or second class undergraduate degree with honours, as a minimum, or equivalent international qualification; or,

- A relevant professional qualification.

Applications are also welcomed from candidates who do not have an undergraduate qualification, but can demonstrate high levels of professional achievement, exceptional career progression, or evidence of leadership potential.
