You’ll then choose either a third specialisation from selected areas in business, arts, design or science; or four elective units. In your final year you'll undertake a capstone experience to gain valuable industry experience. This unit 'caps off' your study, enabling you to put your skills and knowledge into practice and smoothing your transition from study to the workplace. In this specialisation you will learn how housing and commercial property markets operate, analyse property investments, assess returns and understand how property is financed.
