CHC52025 – Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)

Community services work is all about supporting people, families and communities through real-life challenges — and doing it in a way that’s person-centred, ethical, and grounded in practice.

CHC52025 – Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) reflects the role of community service workers involved in the delivery, management and coordination of person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities.

At this level, you develop specialised community services skills and may work autonomously within your scope of work under broad direction, supporting people to make changes in their lives to improve personal and social wellbeing. The role may also include case management and program coordination responsibilities.

No formal entry requirements (course suitability checked via PTR).

IHNA Admission Requirements

Completion of Australian Year 12 (or equivalent)

18 years and above at course commencement

Successful completion of LLND test showing ACSF exit level 3, working at level 4
