BSc (Hons) in Computing and Data Science with International Foundation Year

If English is not your first language, this subject-specific international foundation year is an ideal step towards degree-level education. It will give you the necessary academic English language ability and expertise to study an undergraduate degree in computing and data science within UK higher education. If you require a Student Visa, you will not be eligible for this integrated course and instead should apply for the non-integrated International Foundation Year.

As part of your course, you’ll:

Build your intercultural awareness and self-confidence
Work on your communication, maths, research and study skills
Increase your skills in presentation, time management, problem-solving and planning
Gain an understanding of university life in the UK
Develop subject-specific knowledge

Academic study to a minimum of GCSE equivalent plus one year of study or work experience is required. Where appropriate, experience and professional qualifications will be considered in place of academic qualifications. IELTS 4.5 overall with no skill below 4.5.
