The Centre for the Study of Law in Theory and Practice (LTAP) at Liverpool John Moores University combines rigorous research and applied legal enquiry to explore how law functions in society, bridging the gap between theory and practice. LTAP hosts research units in key areas such as business, corporate, financial and technology law, European and comparative public law, international law and human rights, and legal practice.
