Middle Years Program - Years 7 to 10

At Mater Christi College, our learning program acknowledges the fast-changing world shaped by globalisation, new technologies, and evolving social and environmental landscapes. We understand that the future will require students to adapt to careers, tools and challenges that don’t yet exist. Through Years 7 to 10, our curriculum lays the foundation for this future. Students are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills and values through engagement in a well-rounded program that combines core subjects with a growing selection of electives, offering increasing choice and flexibility each year. This structure helps students explore their interests and develop a broad base of knowledge and skills. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students grow in confidence and capability. Our approach to learning encourages every student to discover their potential and pursue their goals. Our dedicated and experienced teachers work closely with students, recognising the unique needs of adolescent learners in an all-girls setting. Through this, we foster a strong sense of belonging and a culture where students are empowered to become compassionate, creative, and informed global citizens.
