IndustrialOrganization (IO) Psychology is the scientific study of the workplace. Using the rigor and methods of psychology, the field addresses issues vital to modern organizations, including talent management, leadership coaching, assessment, team dynamics, selection, training, organizational development, job design, performance and work-life balance. The Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology offers a comprehensive curriculum, small class sizes and close faculty mentoring.
