Bachelor of Laws

With a strong focus on human rights and social justice, our Bachelor of Laws prepares you to understand the law’s role in creating fairer communities. This accredited undergraduate law degree blends rigorous academic study with hands-on experience, equipping you with the skills to advocate for others and make a meaningful difference in society. Throughout your studies, you’ll work with real clients through our clinical legal program in partnership with organisations such as SCALES Community Legal Centre. By contributing to genuine cases, you’ll build professional confidence while gaining insight into how legal systems operate in practice. You’ll also sharpen your advocacy and reasoning skills in mooting competitions, where simulated court proceedings challenge you to argue cases before a judge in our purpose-built courtroom. These experiences ensure your law course goes beyond theory, preparing you to enter a dynamic legal career with confidence. With flexible study options, you can complete our Bachelor of Laws in as little as three years, or even sooner through intensive study periods. With strong academic results, you may also be eligible to graduate with Honours, further strengthening your professional profile.
