Vancouver Island University-Dual Admission

Earn your undergraduate degree close to home by taking up to two years of classes at NIC before completing your Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science at VIU. Develop university-level research skills in NIC's discussion-friendly classes, pay less tuition and qualify for entrance awards at both institutions. With the NICVIU Dual Admission Agreement, you can study at both North Island College and Vancouver Island University, seamlessly moving between institutions during your first two years to complete your Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science. As a dual admission student, you'll have access to advisors and support at both schools. BC student loan funding is based on your combined credits, and your transcripts are automatically shared each semester, with transfer credits awarded without needing additional requests.
