Bachelor of Fine Arts, Major in Fine Arts (Drawing)

You will be taught by skilled instructors with strong artistic practices who recognize you as a fellow artist, united by a dedication to the medium and the urge to experiment. Drawing students explore composition, colour, qualities of light, and conceptual concerns through observational and experimental modes of drawing. Drawing courses offer the chance to engage through research, making, reflection, and analysis to provide a thorough understanding of line, form, and perspective. In the Fine Arts program, courses cover practical skill development and concepts in four traditional arts (drawing, painting, sculpture, and printmaking) allowing the student to mix and match techniques and forms for their own unique aesthetic.
