Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management

This two-year program focuses on management principles, geared towards those who hold a Bachelor's degree in a subject other than human resources management. Successful graduates are able to apply for exemption from the National Knowledge Exam (NKE) for the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. Courses give you that extra edge of management expertise to complement your previous business experience. You can expect to learn about management principles, conflict resolution and negotiation, recruitment and selection, strategy and planning, metrics and analytics as well as performance management. This program can give you the leadership and interpersonal skills that are in high demand in today's marketplace. Students who graduate from this certificate can pursue the designation of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).

Successful completion of a recognized bachelor's degree in any non-business program. Students with degree transcripts from outside of Canada must provide a World Education Services assessment (WES) with an ICAP evaluation as part of their admission requirements for this credential.
