Undergraduate Foundation Programme (UFP) - Business, Economics, Finance and Management (Extended)

This one-year (2-semester) programme offers successful students guaranteed progression to Loughborough University.You will study your Foundation programme at our purpose-built Centre located on Loughborough University's stunning town campus.This programme is designed to prepare international students who have completed senior secondary education for undergraduate study at Loughborough University. The UFP is set at level 3, which is equivalent to A-level standard in the UK.The two-semester programme lasts one academic year (nine months). Each semester includes, on average, 13 teaching weeks, one reading week and one assessment week. If your English Language level is below the requirements for the 2-semester option, you will take an additional semester of English Language study before starting this programme. On average, you will undertake 21 (and up to 25) hours of classroom-based study per week.What will I studyThis programme includes English and three academic subject modules. Some academic modules will depend on your chosen progression degree. English will be integrated into the teaching of academic subjects, as well as being taught separately if you need additional support to develop your English language.Modules are subject to availability, and you will be guided onto the best combination of academic modules for your intended degree when you arrive at On Campus Loughborough.
