Entry requirements for Sydney Metropolitan Institute of Technology Pty Ltd
To satisfy the academic requirements for admission to a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology, applicants must meet at least one of the following entry requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent from an accredited Australian Higher Education Provider or equivalent overseas qualification; or
• A Diploma (AQF Level 5) or Advanced Diploma (AQF Level 6) in a related discipline AND a minimum of TWO years work experience in the related field (minimum of 20 hours per week); or
• Alternative pathways, including mature age entry, where those aged 21 years and older may apply for entry based on high school, TAFE, VET qualifications, work experience, and informal studies.
