Certificate IV in Community Services (114743B)

Completion of CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services OR CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support is required for entry into this course at South Metropolitan TAFE, Murdoch campus and South Regional TAFE, Albany and Bunbury campuses.

Completion of CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services is required for entry into this course at Central Regional TAFE, Geraldton Campus and North Metropolitan TAFE, Leederville campus.

Students must be 18 years of age prior to commencing this course, in order to participate in the work placement.

This course requires immunisations and/or proof of vaccination status before attending mandatory work placement. Costs and vaccine requirements may vary depending on your placement centre and/or doctor’s fee schedule. Please follow instructions/advice provided to you during enrolment/orientation. You will not be able to complete your course if these requirements are not met.
