University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) was established in 1993 and is the first international Australian university in the UAE. It is a branch campus of the University of Wollongong, Australia, and provides a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and research programs across business, engineering, information sciences, computer science, media and communication, social sciences, education and other disciplines. UOWD has more than 3,500 students representing over 108 nationalities and is located in Dubai Knowledge Park.
