Primary education at TAS strives to nurture the pursuit of academic excellence, self-confidence, community service and leadership.
Primary education is offered at both the White Rock and Kewarra Beach Campus for students in Prep to Year 6. Primary education nurtures personal growth and the development of foundational skills. We also promote the pursuit of academic excellence, self-confidence, community service and leadership.
The relationships between students, staff, parents and the community are all highly valued. Through these strong relationships and effective communication, each child’s needs are understood and educators can cater to the individual. Teachers use various forms of assessment to build each student’s learning profile and determine what is needed for academic excellence and personal growth.
CREATING CONFIDENT AND CREATIVE INDIVIDUALS
A key focus of primary education at Trinity Anglican School is fostering a student’s love for learning by developing the foundational skills to become confident and creative individuals.
This is done through nurturing curiosity, openness to new experiences, versatility and encouraging perseverance and optimism when faced with new challenges.
By instilling these qualities, students will develop confidence in themselves, their work and their future.
