Master of Science in Physician Assistant

The value and demand for PAs in healthcare continue to grow. Since 2011, University of Bridgeport’s PA program has offered the Master of Science in Physician Assistant degree, providing a rigorous and comprehensive PA education. Admission requirements must be completed at the time of application. Applicants may apply with one prerequisite course which meets requirements in progress if it will be completed prior to matriculation.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Science GPA of 3.0 or higher

A minimum score of 80 (IBT); A minimum IELTS Band score of 6.5; A minimum PTE Academic score of 58; A minimum Duolingo English Test score of 95; A grade of “C” or better from an accredited American university for one semester of college English Composition; A minimum score of 19 in the English Section of the ACT Exam; An official letter certifying completion of ELS (English Language Services) Level 112; An official “O” level or “A” level Certificate indicating a grade of “C” or better in English; An EIKEN score of Grade Pre-1 or above; A score of 4 or better on the “English A” Higher Level examination in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.
