We bring together innovative testing and monitoring, training and rehabilitation programming and technical skills that are underpinned by the scientific principles of physiology, biomechanics and performance analysis. It scored 100% for teaching satisfaction and 92% for learning opportunities in the National Student Survey 2025. We focus on small classes and hands-on practical learning to develop your knowledge and understanding whilst building the necessary skills to work as a strength and conditioning practitioner. During your integrated degree placement in your final year, you will use the knowledge and skills learned throughout the degree to gain industry relevant experience.
