The School of Management's BBAMS program provides undergraduate students majoring in General Business or Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management with an accelerated pathway to earning a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Dynamics (MSLOD). By integrating coursework, the program allows students to complete the MS degree with up to 12 fewer credits than if pursued separately. This is achieved through the waiver of an MSLOD foundation course and the substitution of three graduate-level MSLOD courses for corresponding undergraduate courses.Upon fulfillment of the BBA program requirements, students are awarded the BBA degree. Following the completion of the remaining 18 credits in the MSLOD program, the MS degree is conferred. To be considered for admission, applicants must maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 in business courses and at UM-Flint. Interested students are encouraged to apply during their junior year by submitting an online application along with supporting materials, including official transcripts, a faculty letter of recommendation from UM-Flint, and a statement of purpose.
