The School of Music can be a springboard into the beginning of your career in music - with a multitude of ensembles, performance opportunities, diverse courses and award-winning faculty, no matter your professional goals, you can find a creative home here. This applies to all events in our academic units as well as Montana Repertory Theatre performances and Montana Museum of Art and Culture and Montana Media Lab events. If an event can be transitioned to remote delivery it can continue in that format. If an event can be rescheduled we will do so, however at this time it is uncertain when campus events will resume.Serving hundreds of music majors and minors and thousands of UM students and community musicians each year, the UM School of Music is a leader in music education, performance, and composition with national and internationally recognized faculty and award-winning students.
