Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences - Physician Assistant

The University of Toledo Physician Assistant Program (UTPA) is a 27-month graduate program leading to a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS) degree with a Physician Assistant concentration. It was the first graduate level PA Program in the State of Ohio. The charter Physician Assistant class of twelve students was accepted in the Fall of 1996.

Must hold at least a four-year bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university or the equivalent of a 4 year-U.S. bachelor's degree.

GPA: Cumulative UG and Science GPA of 3.2 or higher

English Language Proficiency: TOEFL PBT - 550, TOEFL IBT 80, IELTS 6.5, PTE 58, Duolingo 110.

The Physician Assistant Program admit 40 students each Fall Semester (August). The application cycle opens in April of the year prior to enrollment and closes September 1 of the year prior to enrollment.
