Graduate Certificate in Medical Physics

This graduate certificate in medical physics is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs (CAMPEP). The certificate program covers six CAMPEP-accredited courses over eight months. Once you complete this program, you’ll be ready for a career in medical physics. You’ll also be qualified to enter a CAMPEP-accredited residency program. This program is for students who already have a PhD in physics.Physics allows us to understand the world, from the invisible particles that make up the matter around us, through our sensory experiences, to the unimaginably vast reaches of the universe. With us, you can engage in research while working with internationally-recognized faculty. Discover the science underlying the technology that has become an integral part of human evolution.

The Graduate Record Examination (GRE), General and Subject exams, are not required. However, they are recommended for applicants who completed their undergraduate degree at a university outside of North America. Applicants whose native language is not English must also satisfy the English Competency Requirement for the Faculty of Graduate Studies (see the “Faculty Admissions” section for details). Students with this qualification may still be required to complete English language courses along with their program-related course work.
