IELTSAdmission may be granted to applicants who have completed one year of college physics, mathematics through calculus, and the equivalent of undergraduate semester credits in chemistry as follows: general chemistry (eight credits), organic chemistry (eight credits), physical chemistry (six credits), quantitative analysis (four credits), and advanced chemistry (three credits). Applicants specializing in biochemistry may substitute advanced biology for advanced chemistry.
A minimum undergraduate grade point average of 2.75 in chemistry and cognate science is required. Students who do not meet the requirements may petition the departmental committee on graduate study for qualified admission
