Georgian College is one of Canada's leading colleges of applied arts and technology and offers students a comprehensive range of career-focused and skills-based programs across a wide variety of professional sectors. For most programs, students must be 19 years of age and hold a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.

Some courses may require additional prerequisites (such as essays or portfolios), and students will be advised of these requirements when applying for those specific programs. There are many alternative pathways to enrolment for students who don't meet the typical entry criteria, and applications are considered on an individual basis.

International applicants must provide evidence of English language proficiency. There are several accepted criteria that may be found on the college's English language proficiency requirements page, including different testing providers and minimum scores.

Additionally, there are more than 900 donor-funded in-course awards and scholarships available to students each year with a combined value of over CAD 1M. The average value of a scholarship is around CAD 1,200, and recipients may be selected based on the following criteria:
