Terms and Conditions for IDP Brisbane International High School Students Promotion 2025

IDP Education Ltd (ABN 59 117 676 463) (IDP Education) of Level 10, Melbourne Quarter Tower 2, 697 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008, is the organizer of the IDP Brisbane International High School Students Promotion 2025 and the promoter of the Promotions. 

  1. IDP Brisbane International High School Students Promotion 2025 are made available to international high school students in QLD and NT ONLY.   

  2. Promotions include: 

  • QTAC application fee waiver worth $65* 

  • $100 gift card for refer-a-friend reward* 

  • Free course consultation and university application assistance  

  • Free student visa assistance by IDP migration agents  

  • EKKA ticket for all attendees* 

  1. All materials used are for promotional purposes only. 

  2. IDP Education shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a direct or indirect result of the IDP Brisbane International High School Students Promotion 2025.   

  3. IDP Education shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. No further correspondence will be entered into.

 QTAC application fee waiver worth $65 

  1. IDP Brisbane will cover the $65 QTAC application fee or provide a reimbursement of up to $65 for eligible students who submit a QTAC application during the IDP Brisbane International High School Students Promotion 2025. 

  2. To be eligible, students must meet the following criteria: 

  3. Submit their QTAC application through an IDP Brisbane Counsellor by 5:00 PM on 30 September 2025 to receive the $65 application fee waiver. Applications submitted after this date may still qualify for a reimbursement of up to $65. IDP has complete discretion in determining whether a student who submits their QTAC application after 30 September 2025 is eligible for reimbursement. 

  4. Provide all required certified documents & have their application verified by an IDP Brisbane Counsellor  

  5. QTAC Offer must list IDP Brisbane as their authorised QTAC Agent Representative by 31st January 2026.  

  6. Accept and finalise offer letter (any program) with IDP Brisbane Counsellor by 20 February 2026. 

  $100 gift card for refer-a-friend reward* 

  1. Connect with an IDP Education Brisbane Counsellor by either booking a virtual counselling session through our website, visiting our Brisbane Office, contacting us by phone at 07 3020 6101 or emailing us at info.brisbane@idp.com. 

  2. Invite your high school friend to do the same and introduce him/her to the Counsellor 

  3. Your friend applies, submits a QTAC application with IDP Brisbane listed as their authorized QTAC Agent Representative, and accepts an offer 

  4. Both of you get rewarded with a $100 gift card   

How to claim the $100 gift cards:  

The $100 gift card offerings are strictly for a limited time only and only available for the first ten referrals. The promotion will cease on 20th February 2026. To be eligible for these gift cards, the student (referee and/or referrer) must be currently in high school. They must apply and accept an offer before 20th February 2026 to study a higher education course that has been achieved through an application made with IDP. The student is considered to have accepted the offer when they have received a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and made the initial course payment. The offer is not valid for VET or ELICOS.  

The gift card will be issued by the student’s counsellor once the conditions of the offer have been met and gift card can be collected after census date. Gift cards may not be claimed as cash equivalents. This offer is valid for new applications only. It does not apply to applications that are cancelled or resubmitted.  

EKKA ticket for all attendees* 

  1. This promotion is only applicable to International High School Students in Brisbane. Limited to 1 EKKA ticket per International High School Student.  

  2. Every international high school student must hold a valid student visa to get 1 EKKA ticket.  

  3. Register for the IDP International High School Students Open Day that takes place on the 15th of April 2025 via https://events.register.idp.com/registration/australia/ZFQBOC1TPU1 and join online on event day to be eligible for a FREE EKKA Ticket. 

  4. Students who are eligible for the free EKKA ticket can come to the IDP Brisbane to collect the ticket. Upon collecting, please provide a Student ID, and Student Visa, to be entitled to receive a EKKA ticket.  

  5. The ticket given is for use at the 2025 Brisbane EKKA Show only.  

  6. EKKA tickets will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis. Students must present themselves to collect the FREE EKKA ticket.  

  7. While stocks last.  

  8. No cash alternative to the EKKA ticket will be given.  

  9. Student must present Student ID upon entry to the 2025 EKKA show.  

  10. IDP Education shall not be held responsible should students be refused entry into EKKA Show for other reasons.  

  11. IDP Education shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained that may have resulted from this promotion.  

  12. IDP Education shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.

(a) IDP Education makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the promotions offered.

(d) IDP Education is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or their representatives in matters relating to the Promotion.

Consent to Publication of Photos, Videos and Other Identifying Materials 

IDP Education may be taking photos, videos, sound recordings or other materials that may identify you during our office operations, at the IDP International High School Open Day 2025 and related activities. IDP Education will own the copyright to these materials and may use them in our publications and social media where the public may have access to them. Please notify any of our IDP Education staff if you do not consent to this.

IDP Education collects personal information from all participants in order to conduct the promotion and to process promotion entries. All information is treated private and confidential in accordance with our privacy policy.
