Terms & Conditions for IDP Sydney High School International Student Promotions 2025

IDP Education Ltd (ABN 59 117 676 463) (IDP Education) of Level 10, Melbourne Quarter Tower 2, 697 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008, is the organiser of the IDP Sydney and Parramatta Year 12 International Students Promotion 2025 and the promoter of the Promotions. 

1. IDP Sydney and Parramatta Year 12 International Students Promotion 2025 are made available to Year 12 international high school students ONLY.   

2. Promotions include: 

• UAC application fee waiver or reimbursement of up to $80!* 

• $300 refer-a-friend reward* 

• Free course consultation 

• Free visa assistance by IDP Migration Agents 

• Chance to win Apple Bundle including iPhone 16 Pro + Apple AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation, totaling to a value of $2,098

3. All materials used are for promotional purposes only. 

4. IDP Education shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a direct or indirect result of the IDP Sydney and Parramatta Year 12 International Students Promotion 2025.  

5. IDP Education shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. No further correspondence will be entered into.

UAC application fee waiver or reimbursement of up to $80* 

1. IDP Sydney or Parramatta will cover the $80 UAC application fee or provide a reimbursement of up to $80 for eligible students who submit a UAC application during the IDP Sydney and Parramatta Year 12 International Students Promotion 2025. 

2. To be eligible, students must meet the following criteria: 

   1. Submit their UAC application through an IDP Sydney or Parramatta Counsellor by 5:00 PM on 30 September 2025 to receive the $80 application fee waiver. Applications submitted after this date may still qualify for a reimbursement of up to $80. IDP has complete discretion in determining whether a student who submits their UAC application after 30 September 2025 is eligible for a reimbursement. 

   2. Provide all required certified documents 

   3. Have their application verified by IDP Education Sydney or Parramatta Counsellor 

   4. UAC Offer must list IDP Sydney or IDP Parramatta as their authorized UAC Agent Representative by 31^st January 2026. 

   5. Accept and finalise offer letter (any program) with IDP Sydney/Parramatta Counsellor by 20 February 2026. 

3. IDP will reimburse Eligible Customers that validly accept this offer in accordance with the Entry Conditions a total of AUD 80 in the form of a digital gift card. The gift card can be redeemed for any brand of the customer's choice and will be sent to the Eligible Customer’s nominated email address after the census date of 31 March 2026.

1. Connect with an IDP Education Sydney or Parramatta Counsellor by either booking a virtual counselling session through our website, visiting our Sydney or Parramatta Office, contacting us by phone at 02 8260 3300, or emailing us at info.sydney@idp.com. 

2. Invite your high school friend to do the same and introduce him/her to the counsellor  

3. Your friend applies with IDP, submits a UAC application with IDP Sydney or Parramatta listed as their authorised UAC Agent Representative, and accepts an offer 

4. Both of you get rewarded with a $300 gift card  

 How to claim the A$300 gift cards: 

The A$300 gift card offerings are strictly for a limited time only. The promotion will cease on 20 February 2026. To be eligible for these gift cards, the student (referee and/or referrer) must be currently in high school. They must apply and accept an offer before 20 February 2026 to study a higher education course that has been achieved through an application made with IDP. The student is considered to have accepted the offer when they have received a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and made the initial course payment. The offer is not valid for VET or ELICOS courses. 

The gift card will be issued by the student’s counsellor once the conditions of the offer have been met and gift card can be collected after census date. Gift cards may not be claimed as cash equivalents. This offer is valid for new applications only. It does not apply to applications that are cancelled or resubmitted. 

Lucky Draw Prize: Chance to win Apple Bundle including iPhone 16 Pro + AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation 

1. Who May Enter 

IDP Education is holding a promotion to win, through lucky draw an Apple Bundle including iPhone 16 Pro and AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation. This promotion is only applicable to international students and each student is entitled to ONE entry if they register or attend the International High School Student Event on 15 April 2025, or TWO entries if they refer a High School friend to IDP Sydney or Parramatta and THREE entries when they apply for a course with an IDP Counsellor at IDP Sydney or Parramatta for the lucky draw. 

Entry is open to people who: 

• Register online at: https://events.register.idp.com/registration/australia/6WTP8IXL28D for the IDP Sydney and Parramatta Year 12 International Students Promotion 2025. 

• Provide valid contact details.  

Neither the Promotion nor the prize draw is open to: 

• Employees of IDP Education; 

• Parties to whom IDP Education has contracted work in relation to the promotion

• Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this promotion; or 

• Any immediate family member of the above-mentioned parties: or 

• Persons other than international Students in Australia.

2. Duration 

Entry is open between 15th April 2025 12:00 PM and ends on 20th February 2026 at 5:00 PM (local time) 

3. Cost 

There is no fee to enter the Promotion. 

4. Prizes and Prize Draw 

The winner will be randomly selected from IDP Education’s records of eligible entrants. 

If a winner is under the age of 18 years or is unable to provide proof of age as 18 years or older, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian. 

Prizes will be drawn on Wednesday 25th February 2026 at IDP Sydney – 725-731 George St, Haymarket NSW 2000 in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The winner is not required to be present at the draw. 

No cash alternative will be given. 

5. Prize Pool

• 1x AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation - Value: A$219 

6. Notification of Winner 

The winner will be announced and notified immediately after the draw. 

7. Publication Details 

Results of the prize draw will be published on IDP social media platforms (WeChat, Facebook, and Instagram). 

8. Prize Conditions 

The winner will be notified by telephone or email within two (2) business days after the draw.  

If any prize remains unclaimed or un-awarded following our reasonable efforts to contact the winner, a prize redraw will be conducted on Monday 28^th May 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by email within two (2) business days.   

9. Dispute resolution 

Any grievances concerning the conduct of the Apple bundle promotion must be detailed in writing and sent to IDP Education, 725-731 George Street, Sydney New South Wales 2000. IDP Education will use its best endeavours to respond to any grievance within a reasonable time. 

10. Exclusion of Liability 

IDP Education makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes offered. 

(b) IDP Education is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any of the prizes. 

(c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDP Education is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to personal property including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by IDP Education or its employees or its contractors or its agents in connection with supply of the prizes awarded to the prize winners. 

(d) IDP Education’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final. 

(e) IDP Education is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions. 

(f) IDP Education is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or their representatives in matters relating to the Promotion. 

(g) IDP Education shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained that may have resulted from this promotion 

(h) IDP Education shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.

11. Consent to Publication of Photos, Videos and Other Identifying Materials 

IDP Education may be taking photos, videos, sound recordings or other materials that may identify you during our office operations, at the IDP Sydney and Parramatta Year 12 International Students Promotion 2025 and related activities. IDP Education will own the copyright to these materials and may use them in our publications and social media where the public may have access to them. Please notify any of our IDP Education staff if you do not consent to this. 

12. Privacy 

IDP Education collects personal information from all participants in order to conduct the promotion and to process promotion entries. All information is treated private and confidential. If the requested information is not provided, the participant will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw or to claim a prize and their entry may be discarded. 

It is a condition of entry that the winner consents to the publication of their name and city of origin in any publication relating to the survey or this prize draw. Such information is subject to IDP Education’s privacy policy which can be found at www.idp.com.
