1. Promoter 

This promotion is offered by IDP Education Ltd., ABN 59 117 676 463 (“IDP”).

2. Promotion Period 

The promotion commences on 12 October 2026 in each participating city and ends on the following dates, unless ended earlier in accordance with these terms:

  • Sydney: 31 December 2026

  • Melbourne: 30 November 2026

  • Adelaide: 30 November 2026

3. Eligibility 

This promotion is open to individuals who:

  • are currently in Australia;

  • are studying in Australia on a valid student visa; and

  • are residing in New South Wales, Victoria or South Australia.

Participants may be required to provide reasonable proof of eligibility.

4. How to Participate 

To participate, eligible individuals must:

  • complete the registration form via the IDP registration page; and

  • engage with an IDP counsellor to arrange collection of the care pack from a participating IDP office.

5. Offer Details

  • Eligible participants may receive one (1) care pack per person.

  • Care packs are provided at no cost.

  • Care packs must be collected in person from a participating IDP office in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.

  • Care packs are limited in number (50 packs available) and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible participants who complete the registration process.

  • We may substitute similar products if the pictured products are unavailable or out of stock.

  • Limited bags are available.

6. Care Pack Contents 

Care pack items may include food and beverage products and other items.

  • Items are indicative only and may vary or be substituted at IDP’s discretion.

  • Participants are responsible for reviewing any product packaging, including ingredient and allergen information, before use or consumption.

7. Personal Information and Privacy 

By registering, participants acknowledge and agree that:

  • IDP will collect and use their personal information (including contact details and related information) for the purposes of administering this promotion, responding to enquiries, and providing relevant services;

  • where consent is provided, IDP may also contact participants with information about IDP services, events, or offerings; and

  • personal information will be handled in accordance with IDP’s Privacy Policy, available at IDP Privacy policy | IDP Education.

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Liability 

To the extent permitted by law:

  • IDP is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with participation in this promotion or use of the care pack items; and

  • IDP makes no warranties regarding the suitability, quality, or fitness for purpose of any items included in the care pack.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Promotion Changes 

IDP reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including where events occur beyond its reasonable control.

10. General

  • Participation in this promotion is voluntary and does not oblige participants to engage IDP’s services.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
