This promotion is available for a limited time only and is only open to students residing in Australia or New Zealand.

These Terms and Conditions set out the Terms relating to:

a.) the application fee waiver for one (1) application to the University of Queensland in Australia; and

b.) a $20 AUD gift card for eligible students.

Application Fee Waiver

  1. University of Queensland will cover the cost of one application fee for students who lodge an application between 18 May 2026 and 23 May 2026 to study at the University of Queensland.

  2. Application fee waiver not valid on quota programs.

  3. Offer valid for applications made via an IDP office. Applications submitted directly to the University of Queensland or through third‑party agents are not eligible for this offer.

  4. To be eligible, students must apply during the promotion period between 18 May 2026 and 23 May 2026:

b. and provide current and accurate contact details.

c. Speak to an IDP Education counsellor via face to face or virtual counselling and submit their completed application form. Student will need to apply for a foundation or diploma package with a degree, a higher education standalone diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, or PhD course for 2026, 2027 intakes.

d. Provide all required documents.

e. Have their application verified by IDP Education counsellor.

$20 Gift Card

IDP Education will offer a $20 AUD gift card to eligible students who submit an application to study at the University of Queensland during the promotion period between 18 May 2026 and 23 May 2026.

The gift card will be issued electronically or in another format determined by IDP Education after the application has been verified by an IDP Education counsellor, and within a reasonable period after verification. The gift card is limited to one per eligible student, is non‑transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability. Any additional terms and conditions imposed by the gift card provider will apply.

IDP Education reserves the right to withhold the gift card where a student is found not to meet the eligibility criteria for the promotion.

IDP Education reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by law, including where required for administrative, operational or regulatory reasons, without prior notice.
