1. Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the IDP Visa & Migration Information Webinar ("Webinar") and the promotional offers associated with the Webinar ("Promotional Offers"). 

The Webinar is organised by IDP Education Ltd ("IDP") in collaboration with Bravo Migration ("Bravo"). 

By registering for or attending the Webinar, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Webinar Details 

The Webinar is intended to provide general information regarding Australian migration pathways, migration-related services and post-study opportunities available to international students in Australia. 

The Webinar may include a live question-and-answer session. IDP and Bravo do not guarantee that all questions submitted by participants will be answered. 

Registration Period 

Registration for the Webinar opens on 25 August 2026 and closes on 25 September 2026. 

IDP reserves the right to close registrations earlier where capacity limits are reached or where otherwise reasonably necessary for the administration of the Webinar. Registration does not guarantee attendance where technical, capacity or operational limitations arise.

IDP reserves the right to amend, postpone, reschedule or cancel the Webinar where reasonably necessary. Where practicable, registered participants will be notified of any material changes. 

3. Promotional Offers 

Eligible participants who attend the Webinar may be entitled to the Promotional Offers described below, subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

Promotional Offers are limited, subject to availability and may be withdrawn once allocated places have been exhausted. 

3.1 Complimentary Bravo Discovery Phone Call 

Bravo is offering eligible Webinar participants a complimentary Discovery Phone Call, normally valued at AUD $99. 

To be eligible for this offer, participants must: 

  • register for and attend the Webinar; 

  • book the Discovery Phone Call on the day of the Webinar; and 

  • complete the Discovery Phone Call within two (2) weeks of the Webinar date and no later than 10 October 2026. 

This offer: 

  • is limited to one Discovery Phone Call per eligible participant; 

  • is subject to appointment availability; 

  • is not transferable; 

  • is not redeemable for cash; and 

  • cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly approved by IDP or Bravo. 

3.2 IELTS Discount Voucher 

Eligible participants may receive a 10% IELTS Discount Voucher, subject to availability. 

To be eligible, participants must: 

  • register for and attend the Webinar; 

  • be an international student currently residing in Australia with valid Australian contact details; and 

  • complete either:  

    • a consultation with an IDP Student Placement Counsellor; or 

    • a Bravo Discovery Phone Call. 

The 10% IELTS Discount Voucher does not apply to IELTS One Skill Retake. 

IELTS Discount Vouchers are limited in number and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible participants. Once all available vouchers have been allocated, no further vouchers will be issued. 

Eligibility will be confirmed by the relevant IDP counsellor or Bravo representative. Eligible participants will receive the voucher from an IDP Australia counsellor. 

To redeem the voucher, participants must: 

  • book a full IELTS test through ielts.com.au by 31 December 2026; and 

  • use the voucher for a test booked at an IDP IELTS test centre. 

Voucher codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated by IDP. 

4. Eligibility 

The Webinar and Promotional Offers are available to eligible IDP onshore students in Australia. To be eligible, participants must: 

  • be currently residing in Australia on a valid visa; 

  • be interested in learning about Australian migration pathways and related services; and 

  • complete the Webinar registration form. 

IDP reserves the right to verify eligibility before granting access to any Promotional Offer. 

Participants are responsible for ensuring that information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. 

IDP reserves the right to refuse registration, restrict access to, or remove any participant from the Webinar where reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity or operation of the event. 

 5. Webinar Content and Migration Disclaimer 

The Webinar is intended to provide general information only. 

Information provided during the Webinar is of a general nature and does not take into account a participant's personal circumstances, migration eligibility, visa history, objectives or future plans. 

Participants should not rely solely on information presented during the Webinar when making migration, education or career decisions and should obtain independent professional advice relevant to their individual circumstances. 

Migration Advice 

IDP is the organiser and promoter of the Webinar only. 

Any migration-related information, commentary, guidance or advice presented during the Webinar is provided solely by Bravo through its appropriately qualified and authorised migration professionals. 

IDP does not provide migration advice through the Webinar and does not represent, warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any migration-related information provided by Bravo. 

Any migration services subsequently engaged by a participant will be provided directly by Bravo under separate terms and conditions between the participant and Bravo. 

No Guarantee of Outcome 

Migration laws, policies, processes and eligibility requirements may change at any time. 

Participation in the Webinar does not guarantee eligibility for any visa, migration pathway, application outcome, educational outcome or other benefit. 

6. Privacy 

IDP will collect and handle participants' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://www.idp.com/privacy-policy/). Personal information collected during registration may be used for: 

  • administering the Webinar; 

  • communicating Webinar-related information; 

  • managing attendance and participation; and 

  • administering the Promotional Offers. 

Where a participant elects to register for a Bravo Discovery Phone Call, IDP may share relevant registration details with Bravo for the purpose of administering that service and responding to the participant's request. Participants who engage Bravo's services may also be subject to Bravo's privacy policies and procedures. Where consent is provided, IDP and/or Bravo may contact participants regarding relevant services, events and offerings. 

7. Webinar Recording 

The Webinar may be recorded by IDP and/or Bravo. 

By attending the Webinar, participants acknowledge and consent to the recording of the Webinar and acknowledge that their name, submitted questions, comments and other interactions may appear in the recording. 

Any recording may be used by IDP and/or Bravo for internal training, quality assurance, administrative and promotional purposes. 

Participants who do not wish their image to appear in any recording should keep their camera turned off during the Webinar. 

8. Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

  • IDP is not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity failures, platform outages or other interruptions affecting access to the Webinar; 

  • IDP does not warrant that Webinar content will be complete, accurate or suitable for any participant's circumstances; 

  • participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions arising from information obtained during the Webinar; and 

  • IDP will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or claim arising out of participation in the Webinar or use of any Promotional Offer. 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

9. General 

Participation in the Webinar does not create: 

  • a migration adviser-client relationship with IDP; 

  • a legal adviser-client relationship with IDP; or 

  • any other professional advisory relationship with IDP. 

Participation in the Webinar is voluntary and does not oblige participants to engage the services of IDP or Bravo. 

IDP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary to support the operation of the Webinar or Promotional Offers. 

Any amendments will be published through the relevant Webinar registration page or otherwise communicated to participants. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. 

The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
