1. Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the IDP Visa & Migration Information Session ("Event") and any promotional offers associated with the Event ("Promotional Offers"). The Event is organised by IDP Education Limited ("IDP") in collaboration with Bravo Migration ("Bravo"). By registering for or attending the Event, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Event Details 

The Event is intended to provide general information regarding: 

  • Australian migration pathways and visa options 

  • Education and study pathway opportunities in Australia 

The Event includes: 

  • Migration Information Session 

  • Meet an Education Counsellor Session 

IDP reserves the right to amend, postpone, reschedule or cancel the Event where reasonably necessary. 

3. Eligibility 

The Event and Promotional Offers are available to eligible participants who: 

  • Register for the Event; 

  • Attend the Event in person; 

  • Provide accurate registration details; and 

  • Meet any additional eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions. 

IDP reserves the right to verify eligibility before granting access to any Promotional Offer. 

4. Promotional Offers 

4.1 Complimentary Discovery Call (Worth AUD $99) 

Eligible attendees may receive a complimentary Discovery Call with a Registered Migration Agent from Bravo Migration. The offer: 

  • Is limited to one Discovery Call per eligible attendee; 

  • Is subject to appointment availability; 

  • Is not transferable; 

  • Is not redeemable for cash; and 

  • Cannot be exchanged for any other service. 

Bravo Migration reserves the right to determine eligibility and appointment availability. 

4.2 10% IELTS Test Discount Voucher 

Eligible attendees may receive a 10% IELTS Test Discount Voucher. To be eligible, participants must: 

  • Attend the Event; and 

  • Meet any eligibility requirements communicated by IDP. 

The voucher: 

  • Is valid for bookings made through participating IDP IELTS test centres in Australia; 

  • Does not apply to IELTS One Skill Retake (OSR); 

  • Is non-transferable; 

  • Is not redeemable for cash; and 

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless otherwise specified. 

  • Is valid for one month from the event date.

Voucher availability is limited. 

5. Migration Disclaimer 

The migration information presented at the Event is general in nature and does not take into account an individual's circumstances. 

IDP does not provide migration advice through the Event. 

Any migration advice, guidance or information is provided solely by Bravo Migration and its authorised migration professionals. Attendance at the Event does not guarantee any visa outcome, migration pathway eligibility or migration success. 

6. Privacy 

Personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with IDP's Privacy Policy. Information may be used for: 

  • Event administration; 

  • Communications regarding the Event; 

  • Distribution of promotional offers; 

  • Follow-up services requested by participants. 

Where participants request a Discovery Call, relevant information may be shared with Bravo Migration for the purpose of providing that service. 

8. Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

  • IDP and Bravo are not responsible for any loss resulting from participation in the Event; 

  • Information presented at the Event is provided on an "as is" basis; 

  • Participants are responsible for their own decisions based on information obtained during the Event. 

9. General 

Participation in the Event does not create a migration adviser-client relationship, legal adviser-client relationship, or any other professional advisory relationship with IDP. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
