I agree to the following terms and conditions with IDP Education Pty Ltd ACN 117 676 463 (IDP) for the IDP Welcome Day on 28 February 2026 (the Excursion):

  1. I agree to abide by all lawful and reasonable rules and directions given to me by IDP or its authorised representatives in connection with the Excursion.

  2. I agree not to behave in a manner or engage in conduct that may prejudice the name, reputation, image or interests of IDP.

  3. To the extent permitted by law, I agree to release and discharge IDP from all liability to me, my personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, for my death, injury or any loss or damage of any description whatsoever that I may suffer or sustain in connection with the Excursion whether caused by the negligence of IDP or otherwise.

  4. To the extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDP against all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, damages, costs, losses, expenses or liabilities of any kind (including legal costs), that may be brought or made by any person for death, injury or loss or damage of any description whatsoever arising out of or as a consequence of my acts or omissions in connection with the Excursion.

  5. IDP may cancel the Excursion at any time and I will have no remedy against IDP if it does so save for refund of the price I have paid to IDP for the Excursion (if any).

  6. I acknowledge and understand that IDP may wish to take photographs of Excursion participants while on Excursion for use in its publications, promotional and marketing material and on its website to promote the services of IDP anywhere in the world. By signing this form, I consent to IDP using and publishing my name to identify me and using, reproducing and disclosing photographs of me while on the Excursion. I also acknowledge that I am not entitled to any remuneration, royalties or other payment from IDP in respect of IDP’s use of these photographs and that I have no moral right or copyright in the photographs.

  7. The failure of IDP to exercise, or delay by IDP in exercising, a right, power or remedy under these conditions does not prevent its exercise by IDP.

  8. Any express statement of IDP’s rights in these conditions is without prejudice to any other right of IDP stated in these conditions or arising at law.

  9. In these conditions, unless the contrary intention appears or the context otherwise requires a reference to IDP includes a reference to its officers, servants, employees, agents and representatives.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM A STUDENT OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS AND THAT (EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF CANCELATION OF THE EXCURSION BY IDP) TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
