IDP Education Ltd (ABN 59 117 676 463) (IDP Education) of Level 10, Melbourne Quarter Tower 2, 697 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008, is participating as an Exhibitor at the Adelaide Tertiary Studies & Careers Expo and is the promoter of the Promotions.

  1. The following promotions are made available to high school international students in Australia (Eligible Students) only.

  2. Promotions include:

Spin the wheel

  1. This promotion is only applicable to high school international students who visit the IDP booth at the Adelaide Tertiary Studies & Careers Expo.

  2. Each student is entitled to (1) round to spin the lucky wheel

  3. The prizes offered from the lucky wheel spin will be available while stocks last.

SATAC Application Fee Waiver worth $60

  1. SATAC application fee will be paid by IDP Education for Eligible Students who lodge a SATAC application through IDP Adelaide.

  2. To be eligible, students must:

  • Submit their SATAC application before 31 December 2024

  • Provide all required certified documents

  • Have their application verified by IDP Education Adelaide Staff

What you need to do:

  3. Your friend applies, submits and accepts an offer

  4. Your friend will receive the A$300 enrolment incentive (as above)

  5. You will receive an additional A$200 for referring your friend to IDP Education Adelaide. So, you can receive up to A$500 in rewards.

How to claim the A$300 & A$200 gift cards:

The A$300 and A$200 gift card offerings are strictly for a limited time only. The promotion will cease on 24 February 2025. To be eligible for these gift cards, the student (referee and/or referrer) must be currently in high school. They must apply and accept an offer before 24th February 2025 to study a higher education course that has been achieved through an application made with IDP. The student is considered to have accepted the offer when they have received a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and made the initial course payment. Offer not valid for VET, ELICOS or packaged courses.

The gift card will be issued by the student’s counsellor once the conditions of the offer have been met and gift card can be collected on census date. Gift cards may not be claimed as cash equivalents. This offer is valid for new applications only. It does not apply to applications that are cancelled or resubmitted.

IDP Education is holding a promotion to win, through lucky draw an Apple iPhone 15. 2. Who May Enter

This promotion is only open to high school international students in Australia and each Eligible Student is entitled to one entry for the lucky draw.

Entry is open to people who:

Neither the Promotion nor the prize draw is open to:

  • Employees of IDP Education;

  • Parties to whom IDP Education has contracted work in relation to the Promotion;

  • Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Promotion; or

  • Any immediate family member of the above-mentioned parties: or

  • Persons other than international Students in Australia.

3. Duration

Entry opens on 4th April 2024 9:00 AM and ends on 24th February 2025[SG1] at 5:00 PM (Adelaide local time)

4. Cost

There is no fee to enter the Promotion.

5. Prizes and Prize Draw

The winner will be randomly selected from IDP Education’s records of eligible entrants.

If a winner is under the age of 18 years or is unable to provide proof of age as 18 years or older, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

The Prize will be drawn on Wednesday 26th February 2025[SG2] at IDP Adelaide – G/F, 16 Grenfell Street, Adelaide in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The winner is not required to be present at the draw.

No cash alternative will be given.

6. Prize Pool

7. Notification of Winners The winner will be announced and notified immediately after the draw.

8. Publication Details Results of the prize draw will be published on IDP social media platforms (such as WeChat, Facebook, and Instagram).

9. Prize Conditions The winner will be notified by telephone or email within two (2) business days after the draw.

If any prize remains unclaimed or un-awarded, a prize redraw will be conducted on Monday 26th May 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by email within two (2) business days.

To claim the prize, student must satisfy the below conditions:

  1. Submit an application with IDP Adelaide Counsellor

  2. Select a foundation, diploma, undergraduate, packaged or nested course that is for Semester 1 2025 study, with minimum study period of 12 months or with tuition fee above $5000 during the campaign period.

  3. Enrolment Offer must list IDP Adelaide as Agent Representative at the time of acceptance

  4. Accept and finalise offer letter (any program) with IDP Adelaide Counsellor before 24th February 2025

10. Exclusion of Liability

(a) IDP Education makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes offered.

(b) IDP Education is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any of the prizes.

(c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDP Education is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to personal property including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by IDP Education or its employees or its contractors or its agents in connection with supply of the prizes awarded to the prize winners.

(d) IDP Education’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final.

(e) IDP Education is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.

(f) IDP Education is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or their representatives in matters relating to the Promotion.

(h) IDP Education shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained that may have resulted from this promotion

10. Consent to Publication of Photos, Videos and Other Identifying Materials

IDP Education may be taking photos, videos, sound recordings or other materials that may identify you during our office operations, for the Adelaide Tertiary Studies & Careers Expo 2024 and related activities. IDP Education will own the copyright to these materials and may use them in our publications and social media where the public may have access to them. Please notify any of our IDP Education staff if you do not consent to this.

11. Privacy

IDP Education collects personal information from all participants in order to conduct the promotion and to process promotion entries. All information is treated private and confidential. If the requested information is not provided, the participant will not be eligible to participate in the prize draw or to claim a prize and their entry may be discarded.

It is a condition of entry that the winner consents to the publication of their name and city of origin in any publication relating to the survey or this prize draw. Such information is subject to the
