Education Sales Consultant (UK/ Australia)

Job Duties

  • Provide professional and quality counselling services to students/parents who wish to study in Australia or the United Kingdom

  • Follow up leads and enquiries on student applications and pre-departure issues

  • Support marketing activities in education exhibitions, school visits, seminars, and day-to-day operations in promoting overseas education

  • Build and establish a strong rapport with parents & students by providing relevant information and assistance as required

  • Be the ambassador for both the students and universities, offering all the services which IDP provides

  • Customer service oriented and ability to deliver strong results

Job Requirements

  • University graduate preferably with study abroad experience or relevant work experience in the industry

  • Self-motivated and passionate about education services

  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Fast-learner and hardworking

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail and providing high quality of work

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)

Social Media Content Creator – IELTS (Part time/Freelance)

Job Duties

  • Assist in developing Company's social media platforms.

  • Develop and execute content strategies to promote IELTS business and engage the target audience.

  • Create posts including both visual and written content.

  • Ability to create animated images to be posted across all social media platforms.

  • Perform video editing tasks for social media content, including adding subtitles, animations, and background music.

  • Review content created by likes and newly added followers across all social media platforms.

Job Requirements

  • University student in Creative Media, multimedia or related fields.

  • Experience in video recording and post editing.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.

  • Creative and self-motivated.

  • Fluent in Cantonese and good command of English and Mandarin.
