Chris Yao

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Chris is an experienced education counsellor with more than 10 years’ experience in education industry. Having worked and lived in different countries gives him an insight into seeing the world from various perspectives and helps him understand first-hand challenges and opportunities that international students experience. He is passionate about students’ success, helping students earn their short and long-term study goals and future-fit careers. In his free time, he enjoys reading and hiking with his family.

Pradnya Naik

Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi

Originally from Maharashtra, India, Pradnya brings over five years of experience in HR and student support, having worked across both private and government sectors. As a former international student, she understands the complexities and challenges of studying abroad, giving her a unique perspective in guiding students through this important decision-making process. With her personal experience and professional expertise, Pradnya is committed to providing thoughtful, practical advice tailored to each student’s goals. She focuses on helping students make informed decisions that align with their academic and career aspirations, ensuring a smooth and rewarding journey towards international education.

Our teams have similar backgrounds and language skills as you, so you’ll probably find that when you meet with your counsellor, they’ll offer to speak your home language if that is what you prefer.
