1. All Capilano Community Leadership Entrance Award applications require a completed nomination statement from a BC High School Representative. 2. Representatives may complete as many nominations as desired however, only one student per high school may receive an award.
The Capilano Community Leadership Entrance Award recognizes BC high school students with documented leadership and volunteerism in the community and demonstrated strong academic standing. Valued at up to CAN $2,500 towards tuition and tuition surcharges, twenty of these awards are offered each year to BC high school students with a maximum of one student per school, per year.
Nomination Criteria
1. Minimum GPA of 3.0 as determined by the University (75% of BC high school)
• Applicants must have graduated from a BC high school.
2. Application to Capilano University
• Applicants do not have to be admitted into a program at Capilano University at the time of nomination.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills and volunteerism in the community.
