Delta Foundation Chevening Scholarship Taiwan

What it covers

The joint Delta and Chevening Scholarship covers full tuition fees (Chevening applies a tuition fee cap of £18,000 to MBA programmes applicants will be expected to cover the remaining costs above the £18,000 cap) and the cost of one visa application. There are two scholarships offered each year.

Who can apply

To be eligible for a Delta Foundation Chevening Environmental Scholarship you must:

• Be a citizen of Taiwan
• Return to Taiwan for a minimum of two years after your award has ended
• Have an undergraduate degree that will enable you to gain entry to a relevant postgraduate programme* at a UK university. This is typically equivalent to an upper second class 2:1 honours degree in the UK
• Have at least two years' work experience
• Apply to three different eligible UK university courses and have received an unconditional offer from one of these choices by July
• Meet the Chevening English language requirement by July.

*Applicants can choose any course but must be able to demonstrate their determination to use the skills they acquire to work for environmental protection. Recommended studies are in the fields of:

• Climate change,
• Business,
• Finance,
• Human rights,
• Law,
• International relations,
• Sustainable development.
