We recognise that for some students the cost of attending university can be overwhelming. To help with this we are offering up to £525 from the access to learning funding to students to help cover costs. This could be to purchase a laptop, pay for WiFi access or travel expenses.
Eligibility
Students from a priority postcode (SIMD20 and POLAR Quintile 1), care experienced students, student carers and estranged students.
There are limited bursaries. Students with care experience or students who are estranged will be prioritised. To ensure we are able to prioritise these students, there will be an initial application deadline of Sunday October 12th at 11pm, we will then re-open applications until all funding is spent if necessary. Please apply again if you are a continuing student who believes they are eligible for the award.
