To apply, you must
Hold a firm offer to study a new full-time course (excluding distance learning) in the 2026/27 academic year, on one of the following courses:
- Bar Training Course
- Graduate Diploma in Law (Common Professional Examination)
- LLM (Master of Laws)
- LLM in Legal Practice at the Bar
- LLM International Corporate Law
- LLM International Human Rights and Inequalities
- LLM International Sports Law and Governance
- LLM Legal Practice
Be a UK student - English, Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish - paying the standard full-time fees, and have a UK Student Support Number.
Pay for your course yourself, including through a student loan or a payment from your parents. Your course fees must not be paid by a business, charity or other organisation.
Demonstrate academic promise, commitment to the legal profession and financial need.
