Calver Family Scholarship

This scholarship requires you to provide the following documents:

• completed application form
• a summary of your intended honours project of no more than one A4 page
• the written confirmation from your proposed honours supervisor confirming supervision of your project
• a personal statement of no more than two A4 pages
• a written reference from a person qualified to comment on either your academic studies or current or past employment.

The Calver Family Scholarship was established in 2009 and is open to students who are intending to enrol in an honours or research masters course in the Environmental and Conservation Sciences, within The College of Environmental and Life Sciences, with a research project focusing on animal ecology.

To apply for this scholarship you must:

intend to enrol full-time in the either a Bachelor of Science Honours, Research Masters with Training, Accelerated Research Masters with Training or Master of Philosophy and select one of the following majors:

• Biological Sciences
• Conservation and Wildlife Biology
• Environmental Science
• Environmental Management and Sustainability
• Marine Biology
• Marine Sciences

undertake research in the areas of animal ecology
have a record of high achievement in previous studies or professional work

Please note: you must not be in receipt of any other scholarship.
