To recognize academically outstanding undergraduate and graduate students with demonstrated financial need pursuing a degree in the department of Humanities.

Criteria: Financial need. Must have completed at least 6 units toward the B.A. or and have completed or be in the process of completing at least 6 units toward the M.A..
