Criteria: Students who demonstrate outstanding leadership and engagement on Campus will be chosen for this award. Demonstrated involvement may include outstanding contributions in the classroom, leadership roles in Orientation, Student Government, Clubs and Associations, and being a PAL (Pre-Arrival Leader).

Selections are made by the Sault College Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards Selection Advisory Committee.
