R J Mowat Memorial Award in Earth Sciences

The main purpose of the Award is to support postgraduate research in the Master of Science or and Bachelor of Science (Honours) research in Earth Sciences, or Part IV of a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) in Geology.

To be eligible for Award consideration, a candidate must be i) enrolled full-time in a Bachelor of Science (Honours) (BSc(Hons)) or Master of Science in Earth Science (MSc), or Master of Engineering Geology (MEngGeol), or in Part IV of a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) (BAdvSci(Hons)) in Geology in the School of Environment and ii) enrolled in a thesis or dissertation undertaking research in Earth Sciences or Geology, particularly sedimentology, stratigraphy, palaeontology or marine geology. The Award is tenable by domestic and international students. Selection will be based on academic merit.
