The Business School LATAM Regional Scholarship

The Business School LATAM Regional Scholarship programme is based on merit and is available to applicants holding an offer for a taught Masters commencing in September 2026 at the Business School.

Scholarship Criteria

We are pleased to offer The Business School LATAM Regional Scholarships to candidates who:

Can demonstrate strong academic performance.
Have the potential to contribute and enrich all aspects of the Masters programme and the diverse academic and cultural profile of the Masters class.
Show excellent professional and personal skills evidenced through work experience and/or extracurricular activities.

Eligibility

You can apply for the scholarship once you have received an offer (conditional or unconditional) to join one of the eligible programmes and have either firmly accepted the offer or are intending to do so.

The scholarship selection panel will only be able to consider your scholarship application if you hold an active offer throughout your scholarship application process (meaning if your offer is declined at any point up until the scholarship decision deadline you will no longer be eligible). You can only apply to the scholarship once per admissions cycle.

Candidates will not be eligible for this scholarship if they:

Are fully sponsored by an employer.
Are in receipt of a full scholarship.
Have already accepted another scholarship from the University of Edinburgh.
Submit a scholarship application prior to having secured an offer for the study programme.

You will be eligible for the scholarship if you are domiciled in one of these countries: Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Martinque, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela.
