a. The successful applicant will be awarded the Scholarship on the basis of:
I. academic merit,
II. area of study and research proposal,
III. curriculum vitae, and
IV. two academic references
b. The Scholarship will be awarded by the Academic Board on the advice of a committee appointed by the Academic Board.
You must:
be a citizen of Germany
have an unconditional offer of admission or be enrolled full-time in master's by research or a PhD
have completed at least one of the following:
- honours degree (first class or second class upper), or
- master's degree in a related field with a substantial research component, or
- an equivalent qualification.
Social effects of alcoholism
You must:
- be a citizen of any Commonwealth country
- be undertaking or willing to undertake research related to the social effects of alcoholism
Geology and geophysics
You must:
- be a citizen of any Commonwealth country
- be undertaking or willing to undertake research in the field of geology and geophysics
